We will maintain a parent’s signed consent form agreeing to this provision. You will be expected to assume responsibility for any resultant expense. If we can’t reach you, we will call emergency services if needed. In case of accidental injury we will make an immediate attempt to contact a parent. The child will be kept isolated from other children until the child is removed from the facility. The parent shall be notified immediately when a child has symptoms requiring exclusion from care. Children with these symptoms will be excluded from child care unless they are under the care of a physician and the physician has approved in writing their return to child care. 8, section 6 of WY Childcare Licensing Rules.
